Neptune School Dedicates Green Roof Garden

The Neptune Board of Education dedicated the James L. Terrell Green Roof Garden with great success on a beautiful day.  The Rooftop Garden designed by SED Design will serve as an outdoor classroom and inspiration for children and members of the community.
